Abstract : «Artisan miners produce an important part of the world gold production. These mines carriyout their activity with may limitations and difficulties, such as the lack of technical knowledgement. Another problem becomes for the commercialisation of the produced gold. Often they have to sell this gold in the submerged market at prices much lower than the official. Several organization work for solve this situation. Gold can be sold in the just trade market of with the guarantee of a just price. To enter in this market miner need to obtain a stamp that is a certification that indicated that gold was obtained in a sustainable mode, with several social, labour and environmental requirements. The just Gold represents the mining fair. The global stamp and more known is the (FairMined). Fairmined is a stamp of guarantee that certifies that the gold of the artesanal mining and of small scale has obtained of responsible way. In this work examine the causes to begin with to the just trade of the gold. Since the prospecting until his processing, including the fault of technology, the labour conditions, the fault of efficiency in the processing and the environmental pollution. For other band, the analysis of how work the communities and the juridical requirements are necessary for which the mining villages can fulfil the requirements to obtain the stamp of Just Gold. Also it has done the topography of the mines of the settlements visited. A good planning of the topography in the mine is indispensable to have a good prevention of the labour risks to the interior of her and a good performance of exploitation of the mineral. The greater part of the residents of the community live direct or indirectly of the mining. Somewhere settlements the sexual inequality is very present. A mining association to start with has to formalise and obtain the permission of granting, once legalised the exploitation already will be able to analyse the aspects of the mining : The lack of efficiency in the get of the gold because of grinding it insufficiently causes an unnecessary overhead pollution. So much the mercury how the cyanide all ow use them but with restrictions and with the idea to delete them in the long run. The evaluation of labour risks is basic at the beginning to realise a good prevention of the risks. To avoid the occupational accidents has to take into account the order, the consciousness, the cleanness and the pedagogy as a basic factors in the mine and the plant of processing. Finally to go in to the just trade has to gather some juridical aspects, environmental, of prevent ion of labour risks and social context. Once fulfilled all the aspects with all the requirements can go in to the stamp of the gold of the just trade.»
